SnapCannon is a marketing and campaign system supplied as a one-time purchase. It includes the system guide, the campaign blueprints, the page and email templates, the swipe library, the tracking sheet, the launch checklist, and the members-area access described on the sales page at the time of your order.
We make no representation, promise or guarantee regarding income, revenue, sales, leads, traffic, rankings, followers or business results of any kind. SnapCannon is not a guaranteed-income product and results are not typical. What you get out of it depends on your offer, your market, your traffic, your budget and how consistently you use it. Any figures, screenshots or examples shown in our materials are illustrative only and do not represent actual or typical results.
You may use the system for your own business and for client work, including publishing content commercially. You may not resell, relicense or redistribute the system itself as a competing product.
If your system is set up and something isn't working as described — a template that won't open, a missing file, a sequence that isn't there — contact us and we will put it right: repair, replacement or rebuild of the element at fault. This is a commitment to make the product work, not an offer of a cash refund, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
The email address and name you provide at purchase, and the contents of any message you send us. If you complete an intake or brief form, whatever you enter into it.
We use it to deliver what you bought, to answer you when you write in, and to send you notices about your purchase. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your email address. We do not share your details with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver your purchase — for example a payment processor or an email delivery provider — and those parties only receive what they need.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address below and we'll action it. Marketing emails, if you receive any, carry an unsubscribe link that works.
Reply to the email your purchase receipt came from — it reaches a person, not a queue. That is the fastest route for anything to do with your order, your files, your access, or a change you'd like made to your site.
Changes to your site's wording, pricing, packages or layout are included at no extra cost and with no limit on how many times you ask.
